Danica Rodarmel is the founder of Whole Consulting and a leading force in California’s criminal justice reform movement. A civil rights attorney and policy strategist, she has helped pass landmark legislation and secure millions in public funding for community-based justice. Danica leads with lived experience, legal expertise, and a bold vision for a justice system rooted in dignity and care.
